The rocky headland of Capo Caccia, 168m high, Alghero, Sardinia. ^^^It contains incredibly deep caves, and hosts rare species of flora and fauna on its surface. In ancient times Capo Caccia was known as Nympharum Promontorium (Promontory of the Nymphs), the fishermen of Alghero call it Lu Fruntuni (the large front in the local language, Sardo).
