This 2020VISION assignment focused on peatland restoration in the Peak District, especially at Kinder Scout through a partnership including The National Trust and Natural England, using innovative techniques to reseed and replant moorlands, which act as a carbon store, fresh water reserve and valuable recreation area for the residents of Manchester, Sheffield and other nearby towns.
