Originaire du Cornwall, Ross Hoddinott est fasciné par la nature depuis son plus jeune âge. Il a remporté son premier prix à 11 ans, au BBC Countryfile, puis à 16 ans, le prestigieux prix du Jeune Photographe de l’année, au BBC Wildlife Photographer of the year. C’est un photographe de nature réputé en Angleterre pour ses photos de macro et ses paysages scéniques du sud-ouest du pays. C’est un collaborateur régulier des magazines Outdoor Photography et Digital SLR Photography. Il est l’auteur de 5 livres.
