Description
Researcher Guido Westhoff uses an anesthesized Horned sea snake (Acalyptophis peronii) to discover whether sea snake tails have light receptors. A Faraday shield is used for shielding off noise. The electrodes and a light source are used to detect if there are light-sensitive regions on the tail. Queensland, Australia, February 2008
