Description
Villagers collecting eggs from Olive ridley sea turtles (Lepidochelys olivacea) during the first two days of the arribada (mass nesting event). This is the only place in the world where it is legal to harvest turtle eggs, a scheme designed to prevent poaching and to help the local community.
