Verena is a Vienna-based professional landscape photographer, specializing in traditional large format photography. The love for nature, travelling and being outdoors and an adventurous spirit led her to photography in the first place. Verena worked for a long time for a software company until finally turning to a professional photography career in 1998, together with landscape photographer and husband Georg Popp. They both go on several extensive journeys each year, photographing many of the most spectacular places in the world. Their images appear regularly in magazines, ad campaigns, calendars, photo books, posters, exhibitions and much more worldwide.
